This typical DC row house basement was used primarily for storage and laundry. We created a new full bathroom, refreshed the laundry area with paint and epoxy floor finishing, removed wall partitioning, installed new drop ceiling, new laminate flooring and painting of the knotty pine paneled walls and benches.
