We completely renovated this two story row house into a two bedroom suite house with a completely built-out separate basement apartment unit. This project entailed enclosing the existing rear porch, new interior layout, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new drywall, hardwood floors, painting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.
